My very good seasoned horse was
stolen Friday
evening off our property near Lincoln. It is the
horse that Brad competes roping, heading and
heeling and I run barrels and poles on. I am
going to attach pictures of Star, she is 18
years old, liver chestnut, white star on
forehead. She has been shod recently and in very
good shape. She has our freeze brand on her
right hip (thigh area). I will attach a picture

2007. In 2008 Bree completed a 25 mile LD at Ft
Mead Remount and was 9th in a 25 mile LD at
Rushcreek Reunion. I have conditioned/competed
on Bree carefully so that she will be a useful

HETRA (Heartland Equine Therapy) is looking for
two very calm geldings. We would love to have
one small....14hh or so. Should be younger than
20 and very gentle...a horse that loves to be
brushed and handled and will stand still for
minutes at a time. These horses are exposed to
balls, kids having seizures, kids tossing things
from horses back etc. Some of the advanced kids

 I bought
Tomass, a very friendly mule, in Feb '09
as a mule "broke to ride/pack". The
previous owner who bought Tomass to
drive had health problems soon after
acquiring him. So for 2 yrs Tomass was
in pasture till owner decided to sell
him. I rode him in April and early May
with a rope halter, but had trouble
turning him. I took him to a trainer
these last 2 wks. While on trail rides,
Tomass bucked him off for no apparent
reason. He never bucked for me but now I
am leery of getting back on him.
Memorial Day weekend he was ridden

good natured and was reported to have been a
barrel racer in his younger years. We have not
ridden him or worked with him much. He is still

15.5" seat in really nice shape for

is a 5 year old gelding standing
15-1/2-16 hands. This green-broke
quarter horse has a sweet
disposition, is easy to catch, and
stands still for the farrier. We
have used him mostly for pleasure
riding, but also for checking cattle
and cattle drives, including in the
canyons. Has been ridden at the
sale barn and roped off. He is
fast, smooth, great with cattle, and
loves exploring new places. Does
not like to take the bit – we ride
with a halter and haven’t had a
problem. Needs an experienced
rider. He is just a little too
flighty for us. Looking for
something shorter and less flighty.

Sale: BJ Tukos Buttercup, 2003 Dun AQHA
mare. Bought her in 2007 mostly for a
brood mare and raised a dun colt from
her last year, she is open this year.
She was broke to ride when I bought her,
but the spring of 2007 she cut her hind
leg and it was a long healing process,
then had the foal on her last year, so
haven't had a chance to see how much she
knows. She is 100% sound from her cut,
and you can talk to my vet about it. She
does need an experienced rider. She is
Wilywood & Hancock bred on top side, and
has Leo, & Docs Jack Frost on her bottom
side. Nicely bred mare for breeding,
stands at 15 hands. I'm interested in
trail riding now, so would be happy to

circumstances have changed and I
need to find him a good home. that

BIG soggy mare standing a solid 15.2h
90 dys prof. training in '04, rode the
rest of that year, she was rode another
7-8 times by us last year. She rode in
a bosel and d-ring snaffle. She improved
considerably with every ride. She was
already starting to neck rein again but
is definitely rusty and needs a tune up.
She was backing, stopping and moving off
leg pressure with out too much effort.
NOT for beginners, this is a big horse
with a big motor and she needs a very
experienced rider. This is a barrel
racing, penning or team roping get up
