MDT, 12 miles S of Chadron off Hwy 385. Scenic Pine Ridge area NW
Nebraska. Approx. 10 miles. Ride the
Ridge was started in 1991 to show riders the beautiful Pine
Ridge of Nebraska. We hold the free no charge ride each
July. We rotate the ride each year to various parts of
the pine ridge. It is usually 10--12 miles long. We start at
9:00 am and we are back about 4:00-4:30 pm. You need to
provide your own noon lunch and personal water. We
will have water for the horses. This years ride starts 12.2
miles south of Chadron on Hwy 385.

Cowboy event in Ainsworth on July 17 and 18. Trail ride on Plum
Creek. Will ride at 7:30AM, will ride about 1 hour and then will
stop at the creek and will serve breakfast and have a short cowboy
church service and then continue for about 3.5 to 4 hours total
ride. Will have a ranch rodeo at the fair grounds at 1PM that

breakfast is $20.
