"It's Wednesday, Let's
Ride"
The Platte River Riders
provides an opportunity to trail ride with other
adults! Just meet at the pre-designated trail each Wednesday
evening for up to a three hour ride. There are no dues
or trail bosses. Whoever is
there should be saddled & ready to ride out at 6:30 PM.
Rides start in early
April and will conclude the second week in September. Join
us for one or many rides! New riders are always
welcome!
Why Just Adults?
As a busy working adult and full-time mom,
sometimes it's nice to take off the "mother hat" and put on my
riding helmet. Enjoy a nice break by only having to catch, load, trailer &
saddle one horse and ride with friends. We want to give you
that opportunity, too. At the end of the season, we plan a
family ride. Until then, lets be selfish & save Wednesdays for
ourselves. Visit our Riding
Guidelines....

A Friendly Reminder that Ride
Time is 6:30 PM
The evenings are
short enough! Especially in early spring and late summer.
Please keep in mind that we ride out promptly at 6:30 PM
and will be a stickler about it this year. Please come early
enough to be saddled & ready to ride at that time. Any late riders
will be expected to catch up with the group rather than hold up the
group waiting for late riders. |
